Access Statement

There are car parking spaces in the rear car park which is lit at night, the driveway is however steep. Additional level to road spaces are available at the front of the B&B and are more suitable for those with mobility issues.

Entrance to Building:

There are 6 steps into the ground floor of the building (two steps onto the main patio and four steps into the main building). If assist is required with bags and access please notify us prior to arrival.

• We have two ground floor bedrooms (room 1 & room 2)
• All bedrooms have windows
• Bedrooms have ceiling lights, bedside lamps, and natural day light
• Televisions have subtitles
• All bedrooms are non-smoking
• We have non-allergic bedding
• If assistance is required to come to breakfast or room orientation on arrival please do not hesitate to ask.

Room 1 Binder

• This can be 2 single beds or 1 large bed
• This has a shower en-suite

Room 2 Jungle

• This is a king bed
• This has a bath over a shower

• Bedrooms have televisions with subtitles
• Staff have disability awareness training

• Walls and doors have colour contrast
• We are able to provide information in larger print or read information for you on request
